We carry out this activity in conjunction with ACS, a highly regarded company providing services to the insurance industry, based in Rome (www.attuario.org), and as such we are in a position to provide a comprehensive service to our clients which includes the overall evaluation of the project, its chances of success as well as, subject to the positive outcome of the initial phases, the drafting of the memorandum and articles of association of the company, advising on the composition of the officers of the company / the board of directors and management board of the company / corporate bodies, the drafting of the business plan including the calculation of the solvency margin and reserves, the drafting of the insurance policies, the impact of tax on the structure both in the country of residence and in the case of movements of profit from the subsidiary company to the parent company, and ancillary advice in relation to the same / amongst other things. |
