In particular, we offer specially tailored advice for English speaking clients which, in addition to the purely property aspects of any sale / purchase transaction, encompasses issues which are pertinent to non- Italians (and particularly those from common law jurisdictions) investing in real estate in Italy (support in dealing with Italian bureaucracy, income tax advice, advice in relation to estate planning / inheritance / private international law implications.
